She’s served on the Board of Directors for both the Greater Portland Board of Realtors and the Maine Association of Realtors, bringing clarity, vision, and an unwavering dedication to elevating the profession. In 2023 and 2024, she proudly led as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Portland—championing collaboration, mentorship, and a stronger voice for women in the industry.

Her contributions haven’t gone unnoticed. Named "Maine's Major Real Estate Player" by The CE Shop Team in 2021, a Best Realtor nominee in the Best of Portland Old Port Awards in 2019, and consistently ranking in the top producing agents in Maine, Kim’s achievements are a testament to years of trust earned and results delivered.
